Property Development Solutions (Aust) Pty Ltd (on behalf of the property owners)

Timeframe:

3 weeks

Brief:

Demolish a three-storey concrete and steel office and warehouse.

Process:

Plumbing, gas and electrical services were disconnected or capped.
A demolition permit was secured.
All asbestos-containing material was removed and a clearance certificate issued.
Small plant, internal fixtures and fittings were lifted onto the upper floors in preparation for demolition.
The structure was mechanically demolished and the site cleared the site of all demolition waste, ground slabs and footings. Sufficient ground slab was left for the piling contractor to use a working pad for the piling rig.
